I've downloaded this stat from PT Repository and I have some problems with it. It works fine but sometimes on some players it says 0.0 even though they have 30+ BB. They say something about playing with refresh rates, how to set that up?

The problem with the Stack in BB stat in the Repository is that it relies on only displaying information from hands updated in the last x seconds (depending on how the stat is built).
Due to the way that the cache now updates incrementally these stats will only work correctly for yourself. You do need to have Refresh Rates set to 1 for all number of hands, though.
