Please make sure that on the Full Tilt Configuration tab in PT3 (Import --> Auto Import --> Full Tilt Configuration), the Hand History Directory is set to the Hand History directory in the Full Tilt folder, not your player name folder; that should fix the problem for you.

ok, i found the folders. there is a fulltiltpoker underfolder HandHystory/"firstplayername" folder. in which folder i must set now for the "secondplayername"? must i create a new folder?

Set it to just the HandHistory folder, don't set it to either username subdirectory. PT3 will automatically look at the subdirectories that are there so all hands in both username directories will be seen by PT3.

sorry, it doesnt works.

i set it to C:\Programme\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory but nothing starts

i look into the pokerstars folder and there are 2 accounts. there is no problem but on fulltiltpoker PT3 dont start with the second account.

its unbelieveble..............................

Please open PT3 with the logging enabled link on your start menu, attempt to play for 10 hands on the account that doesn't work while auto importing then report the problem and we'll investigate further.

Is Full Tilt writing hands to a second player name folder in Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory?
If that second folder hasn't been created (by Full Tilt) and HH files aren't being written to it then there will be nothing for PT3 to import.

@kraada: no news, same problem.

@white rider: fulltilt doesnt create a new folder, there is only the "firstplayername" folder.

for today i come to end..................t try it tomorrow again................

thx for the first..................

Make sure when logged in as the second player that "Save My Hands History" is checked on the Options --> Hand History ... section of FTP. If that isn't checked, Full Tilt isn't saving the hands and therefore PT3 obviously cannot import them . . .
