I PURCHASED PT ON MONDAY. The trial version was working. The purchased version worked for a few hours then I got this error. I am getting the same error from both Holdem and Omaha

Don't know if this is correct or not. From the research I have been doing it may be caused do to a language import problem. I am using UB and a MAC. As far as I can tell everything is in English. If something got changed when I bought the subscription I have no idea how. I can not even figure out where the language settings are.
It looks like Cereus have updated their software and their hand numbers (for cash tables, tournaments seem OK) now include letters.
I've reported this to the development team but please attach an example hand history file to a Support ticket and we'll pass it on to the development team so that you get a notification when the fix is released.
