Problem with the All-In EV graph

It doesn't count as an all-in if you call somebody's all-in, only if you go all-in first.
At least that's how it is on UB. I had a guy push all-in on me on the flop with a dog of a hand, I call and he sucked out big time on the river.
I checked my all-in ev graph immediately afterwards, looking to see if the blue line moved upward (since I was a huge favorite when all the chips went into the pot), but it went way down.

There are several known issues with the all in EV graph that will be rectified once the EV information is imported directly into the database.

What do you mean download into the database??
You mean download the hands into the "Poker Tracker 3 Database" as opposed to the "[Current Active Databases]", under the Import Tab?

No, currently the EV graph is built 'on the fly' when you display it - when the EV functionality is updated the calculations will be done at import time and the values stored in the database. At this point everything will be done as accurately as possible in all cases.
