I downloaded the new beta yesterday. It says that I am now running the trial, and asks for a registration code. I will have to look this out, but it could be a problem in that I already have PokerTracker running on another computer: will this mean that I already have it on 2 computers even though it is saying one of them is running the trial?

Each registration code is valid for use on up to two machines concurrently so you should be able to just use your registration code to register the second version without any problems.

If you want to move to another computer later you can just uninstall it from one of the computers you have it installed on and it will install on the third computer properly.
