Hi guys, not sure this is the place to ask this question, but anyway.....

I have been using pt3 for the last 6 months and have now switched to Holdem manager though am still using pt3 for its table tracker feature.

My question comes to using PostgreSQL for holdem manager, during set up it offers me to set up a new database, export hands from current DB or set my current PT3 DB as default. Maybe stupid question, but can holdem and PT3 both run off the same database at the same time?! sorry for this probably daft question.

PT3 and HEM use entirely different databases.

To get your hands from your PT3 database, Database --> Database Management, click on your database and click Export.

I can't comment on actual HEM usage, you'll need to ask questions like that elsewhere.

Gonna hijack this instead of startin a new thread Kraada.

I am trying to reinstall PTO, and I recall (last time I installed it) there was a link in the PTO forums to download SQL 8.2. I can't find the thread/link. Will PTO work with SQL 8.3?

PTO should, PAHUD will also but PAHUD's cache won't work.

You can find the latest version of 8.2 here though if you want it.

If only I had my PTO reg key I requested, I could try to set it up.

Did you request it via the support system? If so I can check if you PM me the ticket number just to make sure your ticket is in the right place. Mike's pretty good though assuming the ticket is in the right spot he should get back to you pretty quickly.

yep, I sent a ticket in this morning, after I realized my general email last night to support@pt prolly wasnt the best way to do it now. I wont worry about it until it's been more than a few hours.
