I believe I installed this incorrectly, so I am trying to reinstall it. However when I do try to reinstall it asks me for the password, which I have no clue what it was/is.

I tried deleting everything, it still remembers me. How can I get past this?

That password is either svcpass or dbpass.

Either way if you follow the instructions in this pdf it'll walk you through an uninstall/reinstall of PostgreSQL.
