Execution of command 'net user postgres /delete 'failed (error 2: the system cannot find the file specified.)

I keep getting that error when i try to install Postgres.
Any help would be appreciated

Are you using Windows Vista? If so, please try disabling UAC (Tutorial: Vista-How to Disable 'User Account Control' (UAC)) and trying again. If you're running Windows XP make sure that cmd.exe is being run as administrator. Click Start --> Run. Type in C:\Windows\System32 and hit enter. Right click on cmd.exe and click “Run as Administrator”. Then try again at that command prompt.
