hello, it looks like everything is set good, i do Start Hud but i only get the board and the last hands holecards and no players stats

Are you running the latest version, Beta 12? If not, try upgrading to Beta 12 and see if that helps. If it doesn't, please follow the procedure outlined in this forum post.
