Did you launch PokerStars using the Launch Site button? You need to do that for the Open Table button to work.

There is a known problem with table opening at Stars for some users - our development team are working on this. (You do need to launch Stars via TT as Kraada says, though, and apparently it should be working for most people.)

I tried that already, the popup-window doesn't appear but the table won't open anyway.

We're working on it and the problem appears to be a bit thorny; if you create a support ticket about the issue we'll make sure you receive automatic notification when a fix is available, though.

The problem is now fixed, for everybody with the same problem follow instructions below, this should solve the problem.

With PokerTracker closed, open "My Computer" and browse to your PokerTracker 3/Data directory. Locate the file named "if1.enc" and delete it. Now save the file linked below to this same directory.

http://www.pokertracker.com/misc/if1.enc

Once saved, start PokerTracker 3, launch PokerStars from within TableTracker.

Hope this helps all of you with the same problem!

Anyone else who tried this please let us know whether or not it works.
Once we have confirmation from a few people we'll report the fix publically.
