I just downloaded poker tracker 3 a few days ago and figured I would give the trial a chance.. but the hud does not appear to be working correctly. I will be in a tournament, and the hud will show 3 of the 9 people at the table... it doesn't show everyone for some reason.

I am not sure if I have some sort of setting wrong, or what is going on, but any help would be appreciated. I have let the program run for an hour... tried restarting it at different times to see if it will change, but it never shows everyone at the table.. obviously I will be unable to test the software if it is only tracking a handful of people at the tables.

What version of PT3 did you install? If you didn't install Beta 30.9, please upgrade to that version as it will likely fix things for you.

i have a similar problem. no hud is showing up at all. i've got the beta 30.9 trial version installed on my mac os x.

when the auto import is runnig, under import status the following is written:
"2010/04/09 22:18:21: PokerStars: Unable to import hand (#42424596970). Reason: Please register the Texas Holdem version of PokerTracker in order to import Texas Holdem hands"

i guess it should work with the trial version as well...

Click Help --> About and click the "Begin my Texas Hold'em Trial" button and then things should work properly for you.

I just installed trial on a MAC. The HUD isn't coming up, although PT3 says that FullTilt is running. Any suggestions?

The HUD is not supported for Rush tables on Mac, but should work for other tables.
Please read the FAQ: PT3 HUD before you report your problem.
