Hello. I had a PayPal invoice sent to my e-mail @ptd.net because the discount wasn't setting up properly and paid and sent an e-mail notifying support (Derek I believe) yesterday. I sent a few more e-mails and 30 hours later still nothing. Maybe you aren't there yet or something? Thanks!!

Hello,

Derek who handles these issues is on his honeymoon at the moment so these cases might be handled a bit slower than usual.
