When I click connect it just says
"Unable to connect to this database. Please check configuration"

Please follow our PostgreSQL Reinstallation Guide - if you didn't have PostgreSQL installed previously, you can simply start with the installation process.

I can't open that, it says "the selected document cannot be opened"

Try logging into the PT.com website? I just checked and the file opens for me without any problems.
