Worked on Alpha version just purchased Beta version for MAC. New version never asked me for my new registration code and does not work. It is not keeping the results of my SNG play but seems to be keeping my hand histories ok. It will not let me select myself as the default player shown and my keyboard is deactivated in certain fields (but not in others). I've waited really long for this program and now feel like I got majorly scammed. Is anyone else having these issues? I tried to uninstall and reinstall about 4 times but it does the same thing every time. Tech support has so far been non responsive.

When you install a new version it won't ask for your code again as long as you just close PT3 and install over the top.
Please read the Tournaments FAQ for your SNG issue.
What version of PT3 are you using? There shouldn't be any inactive controls in the latest versions (e.g. Beta 30.3 onwards). If so, please let us know exactly what you can't access.

What is your ticket number?

Got a reply from tech support (not sure if it was from you specifically). I re-installed it several times and it now seems to be working fine. Thanks for the quick reply and if I have any other questions I need help with I will be sure to let you know.
