I can't launch PT.
It worked until yesterday.
Now when I star the program nothing happens and when I click a second time it says that there is already a version of PT running. But there isn't.
This is not the first time that it happens but usually when I end the program going ctrl+alt+suppr and I start it again it works.
Now it doesn't. I restarted my pc too and it's the same thing.
Is PostgreSQL running? If PostgreSQL isn't running and PT3 can't start it, PT3 can hang on startup. You should also make sure that PT3 is set to run as administrator as that can cause this issue as well.
