Hi,

Ive just upgraded to the latest Beta upgrade and have a major issue.

I played a $5 10 man SnG on BWIN (Ongame network) and when i went to enter the results, the results PT3 has entered automatically are for 266 players, showing various weird finishing stats like 7 people finishing first, winning varying prizes from $25 to $50 and other strange finishes and prize payouts including myself coming 2nd and winning $50??? Whats going on with that??

Its also changed the results of previous played games Please tell me i havent lost my results??

Heeeeeellllllp! Pleeeeease!

Did you just play that one SNG at that time, or were you playing anything else at the same time?
If you create a new database in PT3 and manual import into that do you get the same results?

Please clear the ongame hand history file - close all your OnGame tables and wait for auto import to stop updating (OnGame lags behind writing hand histories).
Stop auto import and close OnGame down then open the OnGame Configuration tab and click "Clear Databases Now" (this won't affect PT3 at all).

Then enable logging, restart PT3 and reproduce the problem by playing another SNG (or a couple) and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files along with the hand history file (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I only played that game, with nothing else running.
Ive noticed as well, that other results from approx 5 previous games have changed in a similar way all showing 257 players and various strange finishes and payments as well. These games go back over the past month and were all originally 10 man SnG's with correct results at the time.

I've created another database, how and what do i manually import into that database.

Also, how do i clear the ongame hand history file? Sorry im a bit of a noob to Poker Tracker.

Use the Manual Import tab and click Import From File and browse to the ongame hand history database file (you can see where this is if you look at the OnGame Configuration tab on Auto Import).

See my last post for how to clear that file afterwards.

I did a manual import to another database and the same result happened.

I have now cleared down my Ongame hands and played 1 game but the problem didnt repeat.

Do i need to need to get the problem again before sending you the log files?

"Then enable logging, restart PT3 and reproduce the problem by playing another SNG (or a couple) and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files along with the hand history file"

Where do i locate the .log files?

Thanks for your help.

You should clear the hand history/database file regularly - if you see the problem again please send us the log files.
The files are in the main PT3 folder, as described in the 'enable logging' link.

What about the results for previous games. I have 7 games that the stats have this issue with, ive know way of checking what the results should be and they were all originally 10 man SnG's now showing as either 265 or 257 players and as before weird finishing prizes and positions which are screwing up my stats and graphs.
How can i fix these?

You can manually update the tournament results using the PT3 menu: Tournaments > Enter Results.

These games were played over the last few months. I dont know what the results were plus when i go into "Enter Results" theres a massive load of players listed.

I have had the same issue happen again, this time PT3 results have listed 17 players again with incorrect payouts.. I have logged a support ticket.
why is this happening.. everything was fine in the old version?

Thanks - someone will get back to you via your ticket.
