Just bought pt3 and can't get it too work! very mad

Hey I just got pt3 and got it workign with postqrl
anyways.. i get to the main screen and hit auto import for full tilt and it always goes crazy and downloads a bunch of hands.. slows down my computer..
then nothing works!! its not importing hands stats
the HUD IS NOT WORKING AT ALL
THIS IS MAKING ME SO MAD
I NEED HELP.. can somebody who knows how to get it working call me 937 938 1874
also do they have a phone number for help.. so mad

It sounds like you had a major backlog of hands PT3 had to import. The auto-import process really wasn't designed for this. What you should do is stop the auto-import process, and use manual import to import your FTP hand backlog. Once they are imported, remove the old hands from the FTP directory and then start auto-import. It should pick up your new hands and work properly from there.
