This is showing in some of the views, such as "Hands" and "Hand Replayer"...anything significant?

I closed and restarted...doesn't seem to be duplicating itself.

Yeah that can happen sometimes after upgrading; we haven't been able to reproduce it reliably since restarting fixes it most of the time.

No problems whatsoever after updating a week or so ago. Anyway, now my HUD isn't working and on the General Tab in the Aliases window it says "Unable to connect to database: Pokertracker 3 database.

Something I need to do? I've restarted a few times to get the HUD going again and this is the latest error I am seeing being presented.

The little error messages went away in the windows. HUD starts up works for maybe 10 hands and then doesn't reappear. Now, I can't get it started again. I keep getting this window below. No settings have been changed, open program as usual and just started all this today. Any suggestions? Also, I am running with logging enabled.

Could you submit those logs to us via a support ticket? Once we can see the logs things should become a lot clearer (more on log files and attaching them in this tutorial).

I would love to but...I forgot about PT3 overwriting the logs, so those are gone from last night. I rebooted this morning before looking at my PT3 sessions and PT3 is not recreating the problem now. Haven't tried the HUD yet though. It continued doing all sorts of strange things last night after my post. I took some screen shots if you want to see those at least...not sure if that would help at all.

If it happens again during play, would support want just the PT3 & PT3HUD logs only?

Do you have the correct databases configured in your HUD Options?
Make sure you have at least the database that you are Auto Importing into checked. Tutorial: Using Auto Import

If you still have problems please attach both log files and any screenshots you think help explain your problem.
Thanks.

Yes and only have one DB. It hasn't done it again, so I am assuming it was some glitch with postgresql. One of the times that I closed and restarted PT3 opened up a window asking me to configure postgres with a DB, etc. Was confusing. So, hopefully it has corrected itself, yesterday went just fine...the HUD was slower than normal but I was playing with 3 tables instead of my normal 2. I also have a bunch of PT3 "Crash Dump" files that get placed under Users/default user folder...do I need to keep these for any reason? Here's a couple screenshots from the other day if you want to take a look.

The log files contain a lot more data than the screenshots do and we would really need those to be able to investigate more effectively exactly where the problem is.

You don't need the crash dumps, but if you could submit them to us in a support ticket it may help us do some narrowing down at least.

Ok, I'll make sure I have logging enabled from here on out so that I can get the logs to you if it happens again. So far, so good.
