just updating to the new SQL pokertracker. never used SQL before, i followed instructions on the site but came upon a problem that i coldnt find on the FAQ section.

Partway through the installation when it says creating user accounts or something along those lines, i get an error. User Postgres could not be created: Access Denied!

any help with this?

Are you under Vista? If you are, make sure you have administrator privileges and that UAC is turned off. Another possibility is that you've had postgres installed before and not uninstalled it properly but if you're saying you've never used it before that sounds unlikely. Anyway, here's a guide for how to completely uninstall and reinstall PostgreSQL.
