Importing PokerStars tournament results from e-mail

I configured the e-mail set up - it works, it loads the e-mails... but not all of them. It imports from 2nd June 2009 to 31st July 2009 (274 e-mail). I have more for sure, including the requested tournament history.

Yes, I did - PS menu: Requests -> Tournament History...

What am I supposed to do?

P.S. Adding Omaha tracker to PT3 is awesome - thank you!

If you select just one email from after 31st July, does that work?
What type of email supplier do you use?

I can't see e-mails after 31st July on PT3. (when I try to import from e-mail) I use gmail.

You might want to check to make sure you have POP access enabled in your gmail settings; it can be setup improperly in there and could cause this sort of behavior.

I checked it - everything is okay with it.

I must correct myself. The e-mails load from 03/06/2008 until 25/10/2008.
