having trouble with HUD. doesnt appear when auto import starts. message on import status:
Full Tilt: Error: Invalid pot size for hand #10312698762 (Hand #10312698762)
and also I cant save current changes that i made to the HUD. several times Ive clicked PT icon "save layout", but everytime I open PT i have to customize HUD each time I play. any advice would be great. thnx in advance

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing for one full orbit then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
