every time i sit at a table the hud works but it goes to the wrong person always mixed up and then the pt button on the top of each table is not there anymore what happen?

On the auto-import tab, click on PokerStars on the left, then PokerStars Configuration at the right and set the Preferred Seating to be the same in the drop down menu there as you have it set in PokerStars.

PT3 cannot detect if you use the Sit Me Here function but you can set up Preferred Seating in this fashion.

tried it still the hud is all mixed up also the PT button that was on top of each table screen is gone not there anymore also every time i sit at a table i get this
message poker track error- cant load image from file'c\pokertacker 3/data/icons/hud main png file does not exist. plz help

Please close down PT3 and reinstall Build 4 from our download site, as that will restore any files that may have been corrupted.

ok im not getting that message anymore and the PT button is back but the hud stats are still going to the wrong person

i always play at 6 handed tables but when i obserev a table the stats aways goes to the right person

Go back and re-set your preferred seat as I directed above then. Make sure you select 6 handed tables when setting your preferred seat.

ok but now everytime i put it on 6 seated it goes back to 10 seated how do I make it stay at 6 seated ?

Enable the 'Adjust Qualifying Tables Limits' option on the auto import tab.

THATS NOT working still goes to the wrong person i tried what you say and still stats go to the wrong person give me a step by step on what to do please

OK, try this.
Turn preferred seating OFF in both pokerstars and PT3, then join a table.
The stats should be by the correct seats, and if you PT-icon -> Configure Stats it should say the correct table size in the title bar of the HUD config window.

If you don't see the correct table size, check that AQTL is enabled. If it is and you still see the wrong table size, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

If you see the correct table size but the stats are in the wrong places, right click drag them to the correct places, then PT-icon -> Save Layout.
When you open a new table, the stats should now appear in the correct places.

Once you get to that state, enable preferred seating again in both Stars and PT3, and everything should line up.

If not, send us your log files as above.
