Help cannot get tracker to work...

I posted this on the Pokertracker website...but then I saw it here too so hopefully i can get some help!

I cannot get my pokertracker to work at all...here's some issues:

Before I registered at my table it would on track 1 or 2 hands then quit.

Before registration i could track hands of other tables with no issues...

After registration I cannot track any hands at my own table
After registration I can track hands at other tables but only up until certain amount of hands. (as if not registered)

any help??

I think I fixed it...I did not have the option to save hand histories in the pokerstars main screen options menu...so far it's tracked 4 and i think it's okay now.

I dont really know what im doing with it nor do i know if i will even use it...i am just interested in seeing if this will help me at all...

Sounds like you've sorted it out, but for reference..

You probably don't have something configured correctly - please read the appropriate specific site guide in the Documentation to make sure you have the hands being saved and imported correctly.
Also read the PT3 Importing FAQ.
