What version of PT3 are you using? (see the title bar)

Did you have it working before?
Does it only stick on that file, or all files?

Did your computer crash? Hard drive errors can cause problems in your databases.
Are you able to use the main PT3 reports?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files along with the hand history file for the session (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I am an idiot and realized that some of the hands in one of the files was from a PLO game. Could this have caused the problem/what can I do to filter out the PLO hands?

The PLO hands should just be ignored as invalid game types.
