I just downloaded the free trial of Pokertracker3, I have noticed that while pokerstars is running my PT3 imports a limited amount of hands, also i have noticed is that as players come and go, no new statistics show up. can someone please explain why????

PT3 can only import up to 30 observed hands per the restrictions by PokerStars. PT3 can import an unlimited number of played hands, you just need to have PT3 and PokerStars configured properly. For more on how to configure PT3 and PokerStars together, please see the PokerStars Configuration Guide.
