Hi, I recently downloaded PT3 and I've having troubles getting it to work.

It seems to be stuck on Everest and not Pokerstar so I can't find? my name.

I'm talking about 'Texas Hold Em' 'Cash Games'.

Thanks.

What do you mean it's stuck on Everest?
Have you imported any pokerstars hands?
Is pokerstars writing hand histories as you play? Are they importing?
See the pokerstars config guide in the Documentation.

K thanks. I fixed it.

This may seem stupid but how do you find your own stats?

Once you've imported a hand on yourself, click the Settings button on the Texas Holdem tab, click the Search button and wait for the list to load, then pick your name out of the list and click 'ok' and it'll save your screen name for the future.

It seems that my name isn't on the list?

If you've imported any hands it should be, though there are a few known issues with screen names that contain certain characters. Does your screen name contain any non alphanumeric characters (/, {, [, ', etc)?
12-22-2008 , 05:13 PM
No my name doesn't have any funky letters.

I can see other peoples name and their hands under Texas Hold Em ' Cash Games.

I just can't find my own?

Try clicking "Clear" then "Refresh" to make sure you don't have any filters set. If that doesn't do it, please zip up and attach some of the hand histories that you played in and imported into PT3 to a support request and we'll see what could be causing this for you; once you've played in a hand and imported it, your name should appear once you hit the refresh button.

If it's not finding any files to import, then no hands will be imported.
You need to configure Pokerstars to write hand history files.
See the pokerstars config guide in the Documentation.

I'm pretty sure that I'm getting hand histories in.

I can see other peoples names + stats but I can't find mine?

Also, this is a trial, not that I think changes anything?

There is also a check mark in auto?
