Help with 30.5 update please

As everyone knows I know nothing about computers. When I normally download an update I have the choice of run or save. I was told here sometime ago to click run and this has always been fine. This time I have the choice of "find" or save, no run option. If I click find it takes me elsewhere and is very confusing, so I'm left with save. If I click save it takes me to my hand history folder, is this the correct place to save the update? thanks.

Make sure you're using the Windows download not the Mac one, for a start.
Personally, I'd suggest Save then run when it has downloaded, but that doesn't really matter - I just like to keep a copy of the installer in case I need it again.
