I changed my whole HUD for PT3 and had all of the stats showing that I wanted to. I also had them all color coordinated and all of that.

I then began messing around under the "configuring HUD" tab and went into the "Groups" tab within that. I was trying to get "TABLE STATS" to show up on the table. I was successful with getting the table data up....however since I did that the individual HUDS on the players do not show up anymore. Why is this? Is this something I did? Is this one of the "bugs" or glitches that is wrong with the program?

What do I need to do to start seeing the Player Stats for each player on the table again?

Thank you!

Are you using Beta 13? If not, please upgrade to beta 13 and see if this problem persists.

If it does persist, please post here letting us know what is in your table averages group. Then try removing that group. There used to be an issue whereby adding $/100 and $/hr on the table average group caused problems. I thought that had been fixed but it's possible it has not. If removing that group gets the other stats to reappear and you can tell us what is in your table averages group it would be a big help to us.

Thank you for the reply.

How do I download Beta 13? Is there anything specific I have to do once I download it?

Also: I had closed PT3 last night. When I opened it up this morning all of my parameters, color codes, etc.. for the HUD were gone. Is it possible to save those so that they are there each day?

Thank you for your help.

Go to our PT3 download page, and Beta 13 is avaiable near the bottom of the page. Download the version WITHOUT PostgreSQL and simply install it on top of your current installation.

About the HUD: If you configure the HUD at the table you need to click on the PT Icon and then click Save Layout. Once you do that, your layout will be saved for all future tables. If you configure your HUD via the PT3 main program (Configure --> Hud --> (Cash or Tournament)), once you click 'apply' and then 'ok' it should be saved for the future.

I downloaded Beta 13. Thank you.

Now, however, I have a problem. I think it is my fault....but the way I "configured" my HUD....I have all of the stats on the table that I want to see....but when I scroll over the stats I do not get the big DROP DOWN menu that shows all of the stats. Where did that go? How do I get that back?

while messing around with the HUD configuration settings trying to get the table stats up, you might have changed your other stat groups displays setting ("show" with a drop down menu to the right), e.g., you might have switched it to "popup use only". is it still listed under the groups tab?

edit: nm, didnt see OP was not still having original problem

I think I deleted one of the three "GROUPS" and I deleted the one that had all of the dropdown stats. Is there any way to repair that to the way it was (the default settings that came with PT3)?

Right now my individual "on the table" HUDS are workind fine for the players and the table average....I just do not have ones that show in depth info when I scroll over the players.

If you rename Layouts.pt3 to Layouts.backup in C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\ then PokerTracker 3 will create a new Layouts.pt3 with all of the default settings (this file houses the HUD layout). Unfortunately there isn't a way to export or import groups as of yet. It will be coming, though.
