I recently moved some hands from my laptop to my main pc (where my PT3 is). I am using a convertor as PT3 doesnt support this particular site, all seemed fine but I think I imported some PLO hands which I think get disregarded anyway when importing into PT3 for Holdem or come up as errors.

I come to the 'general' tab and the $ figures are about right, but when I go to graph this its still on the $ amount before I imported this batch of 3k hands or so. I tried restarting the software, updating the software, restarting comp, importing new hands and then graphing again, but nothing seems to happen.

During this period I lost about $5k or so over that smallish sample so I dont want the figure being graphed to skew my actual winnings. I imported 200 or so from today where im +$1500 and the figure on the graph is where it was (the wrong amount) +the extra $1500. However if I go to 'general' it is the more true figure (-$5k). This has never happened before moving hands from one comp to another nor has it happened using the convertor which works superbly.

Can someone help me - or will I just have to take into account this -$5k.

That's quite odd.

Could you please take screenshots showing your general and graphs tab and attach them to a support ticket so that we can look into what might be causing this?

Ok mate sent 2 ss of the general tab and the graph showing the difference in $ amounts. Thanks and look forward to your response. Maybe its something so trivial and simple but I dunno!
