You can take a screenshot by pressing the print screen button on your keyboard, then open up Paint (Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> Paint) and paste (Edit --> Paste) from the clipboard. This will give you the whole screen, then use the square editing tool to cut out the section you want, File --> New to start from scratch, then paste in the section you want. File --> Save.
Find a place online for storing photos that you like (photobucket or some such) and upload it online. Then link it here using the img tag.
