Hi, im running the trial version of PT3 and have been successfully using it on Stars for a couple months, but i can't seem to get it going on FTP. When i click begin auto import it tells me that it has found 0 files to monitor....

I have made sure that move processed files and hand history directory are the exact same as for Stars and have made sure that my hand histories from FTP are being saved into the same file(C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data), as the directory that PT uses. I'm not able to figure out why its running on Stars, but not running on FTP with the same settings....

Are you running FTP as administrator and PokerTracker 3 as administrator as well? You can set a program to run as administrator by right clicking the desktop icon and clicking "run as administrator" (you may need to click properties and go to the security tab to find the option there).

Once it is running as administrator, check to make sure that your FTP hand histories are in fact being saved in that directory while you play and they should import properly then.

I would expect FTP to create a 'Hand History' folder (and a <playername> folder within that) where it writes the hand history files - you should have PT3 import from the HandHistory folder - as Kraada says, you need to make sure FTP is actually writing the files first, though.
