I made a post about loving PT3, and since then everything has gone downhill. When on auto import, PT3 has trouble recognizing tables after just a little while. It then freezes and has to be shutdown.

Then on the occasions it doesn't freeze, it will not shut down properly and gives me some random error message when I try to shut down the computer.

It is unusable for me now.

What are the exact errors?

Try downloading the latest release, Beta 12 and see if you experience the same problems.

These problems didn't start until I downloaded beta 12. I just played 2 HU tourneys. They ended and I wanted to look at some stat stuff. I went into PT3 and hit stop auto import and stop HUD. At that point PT3 froze and I had to Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get it to shutdown. Sorry I can't be more precise.

If you could enable logging by clicking Configure --> Options --> Enable Logging (and restarting if logging wasn't enabled), and then reproduce the error we would appreciate it. Once you've reproduced the error if you can create a support ticket including the PokerTracker.log, PokerTrackerHUD.log and the steps needed to reproduce the problem we will make sure this gets fixed.

I turned off the setting I was told to by support and reinstalled... and still have the same errors. Not only that, the HUD stops displaying stats on tourneys randomly now. This is really frustrating.
