I downloaded some HH from hh*********** which were working for a few sessions, but now my HUD acts like all the HH have been erased despite them still being in my database. For example, on my HUD for a player I have 38k hands on, the only hands and stats that come up are for that session only.

I don't know if this is related, but when I try to update the cache, I get the following error message:

Unable to prepare query: INSERT INTO holdem_cache SELECT holdem_hand_player_statistics.id.player etc. It is very long.

DOes anyone know what is wrong? Thanks

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
