ok I just keep getting this message when I open PT3 up , but in the background it is loading up my database. idk what is going on here, but I could use a little help in fixing this asap.

its funny how sometimes restarting my computer fixes these random problems. idk why the 2nd restart did, but hey its gone now and hopefully it stays gone because that was weird.

ok actually i was mistaken because now it gets past that part, but then just gives me a runtime error when I try to start auto importing.

man this has been really buggy lately. I restarted PT3 and it worked, but I am sure this will come about again. Any idea as for why these 2 things would happen? When I 1st opened it would load up my database, but I would get this popup box saying "Error Connecting to Default Database". Then when I restarted my computer that fixed and problem 2 happened a few times which was when I went to begin auto importing it was say a runtime error has occured and pokertracker must shutdown type of thing.

What version of PT3 are you using? If you're not using Beta 30.9, please upgrade and see if that fixes things for you.

It sounds like PT3 is having problems connecting to PostgreSQL though - what anti-virus/firewall are you using?

ya it def is having problems connecting to PostgreSQL. I have Pokertracker enabled through all that stuff, so maybe it just gets a lil freaky sometimes and you gotta restart your comp or PT3 to fix it. I am also using a version of PT3 that is rather new, its not the one that just came out within the last week or so but it is the one before that
