What is the difference bewtween a Beata release (Beta 28.1) and a Build (Build 4)? Are they interchangable? I began w/ Build 4 and updated to Beta 28.1 and am experiencing some problems. I have been having problems for days, probably because I am not a computer wizard.

Build 4 is pretty old now so you should use Beta 28 at the moment.
In general the Build is the latest stable version and the Beta will contain the latest features and bug fixes.
