Database not loading up

Hi Im trying to load up PT3 but having some annoying problems, it can't seem to find a database and is giving me an error but Im not sure what it means.
When i load up the application i get this:
and when i click ok i takes a while and then:

Im completely clueless. Ive just cleared my laptop today after being infected by a trojan and have purchase some new anti-spyware software. Is it possible that the virus has effected it/the anti-spyware is blocking it?
