I ran ccleaner and it appears to have messed up something that tells PT3 where my db is at. I reimported the hands since I keep all my hand history but appearantly do not keep them all because I am about 50,000 hands short and over a 130,000 sample that's a lot of hands. Do you have any advice on what to do?

You could try reconnecting to the previous database, if it still exists:
Database > Database Management > New > Browse to existing database.
