The database saves its data across the many files in the data/base/ directory as you gathered, but you cannot reimport those files into PT3.

If you have them all, you can try copying them to a new directory and reinstalling PostgreSQL and using that directory for your database; it may or may not work though depending on the state of the database at the time the database was last running successfully.

If you did not delete them, though, your old hand histories should be in C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed\ and those hands you can just reimport.
