Can I simply observer and open a tournament table on FTP and datamine? I open up a 45 player tournament, opened all the tables in that tournament and nothing was importing into PT. I look at import status and I see no activity? What am I doing wrong? Or do I have to be playing?
That should work so long as you have auto import running. If not, you may have the FT hand history directory set to the wrong directory. If you have it set to C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Hand History\Your Screen Name\ change it to C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Hand History\ instead and restart the import and it should start picking up observed hands.
