Confused about data Confused about data

I have played a few SNG's on PokerStars. I was told that PT3 doesn't record the results for these.

However, they are reflected as losses on my total $$$ stats. Each tournament is recorded as a loss (despite placing in them). I don't understand this whole situation.

1. Will PT3 ever be able to incorporate the results of SNG's on its own?
2. How can I delete these as losses? I try to autofill the data in, but I get an error message that says it only does this for SNG's (which is what I am trying to enter). Am I doing this wrong?

I am confused on how to properly use PT3. Are there specific threads that stand out to help me understand how to best utilize this program?

PokerStars doesn't write the placement information into the SnG histories. Because of this PT3 can't read the finish positions while playing.

However, you can request the tournament summaries to be e-mailed to you to be able to import the results. To do this, open your PokerStars client and go to Requests -> Tournament History. After you have filled in that box, you will recieve an e-mail. Copy this e-mail into an empty text file and save it, then import it with PokerTracker.

Eventually, PT3 will have a feature to make this more convenient so you can set it to read from your e-mail.

Also, we do have some documentation that can help getting you started located here.

To Auto Fill a SNG, you first need to set the type to "SNG (1 table)", then click auto fill. This process is still a little clunky and incomplete, but will be improved in the future.
