I have downloaded PT3 but when it gets to the part where i have to configure the PostgreSQL server a message pops up saying that I am unable to connect to the database. Could somebody please help me.

Do you already have PostgreSQL installed?
If not, PT3 should set everything up for you, but if you already have it installed then you will need to enter the username, password and port of your existing installation.
If you already have postgres, did you install it yourself or was it installed by another application?
