I've got beta 15 running now and even now since the first commercial release it takes FOREVER to cluster. The import status however says clustering complete but for many many hours the separate clustering window keeps saying its clustering and I am unable to close PT3 without it saying to wait for the cluster to comeplete. The only way to shut down PT3 is through task manager. What is going on and if I do shut down PT3 is the clustering actually comeplete?

Do you mean that you did a manual import with the cluster option checked?
When it completes the progress window should change to an 'OK' button and stop scrolling.
I would expect that the cluster has completed if the import window reported that. You can end the process without damaging the database anyway.
