I am having big problems with the auto-import and HUD while playing.

Basically, I fire up my tables and begin the autoimport. The HUD shows up on my tables fine for the few hands I have played, but it does not update. So, I close down PokerTracker and restart it. I begin the autoimport again, and it updates the HUD to say 20 hands (if that is how many I have played). But it does not update after that.

It is not just the HUD- it is the autoimport itself I think. It updates all the hands I have played, but no more. Following a restart, it imports all the hands I have played since the last time i started PokerTracker.

This is incredibly irritating, especially considering that it occassionaly works just fine.

Does this make sense? Suggestions anyone?

are u using autorate?
and how big is the database?

Database is not big, I only got PT3 recently and have played just 40k hands.

Also, I dont know what autorate is lol?! So I should turn that on/off or what?

Well, I just asked because I had a similar (altough not the same) problem and turning off autorate fixed it :P

What version of PT3 are you running? If you aren't running Beta 24, please upgrade to Beta 24, available from our download page and see if that helps (there are a ton of fixes since Build 3).

If you're already running Beta 24, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and import while playing until the import ceases to add new hands, then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
