just downloaded PT for my laptop. have it on my desk top and works great. on my desk top i run full tilt as my main site and an alias on pokerstars. when i go to do this on the laptop my pokerstars name doesnt even show up. any sugestions would be great.

Have you imported your hands for both sites on your laptop?
Do you see your Stars name in the Player List on the left?

yeah i have imported from both sites on the laptop. in even manual imported all of my old HH from the desktop. my name doesnt even show on the alias list when i open it up. i am running windows 7 on the laptop if that matters.

Check you don't have a filter set - click Clear.
Does your Stars name show up in the Player List to the left of the main reports, though?
Do you see the other pokerstars players in the list?
What version of PT3 are you using?

cleared all filters doesnt change.
Stars name odesnt even show up in the players list to left of main report.
all other Stars players show up.
using v3.00 build 5.2

just tried manual import from my processed folder and it says for each file (0 hands, o errors, XXX duplicates) and at the end says (0 hands in XXX files were imported.)

just imported a hand that i won and it says that some one else at the table won the hand could this be because preferred seating? cause i have changed that to all 6 handed table positions and it does nothing.

Try upgrading to Beta 30.1 from our download page and see if that version works better for you.

just upgraded. didnt change anything. HUD still works and everything.

AHA i just figured it out all of my stats are for --Monita--. so i went and chcked and --Monita-- s ALIAS is whaddya know my PS name. dont know how that happened but I thinks i got it figured out now. thanks for all the support.

well got everything back to how it should be for some reason my PS name was ALIASed to this other player when i downloaded. one other question. when i manual imported all of my old hand to my laptop, none of them are in the processed folder, is this normal?
