Just wondering what the difference was and how to interpret these stats.

Frequencey looks more like a fraction so what do the numerator and denomenator stand for?

Then aggression is just a number.

I know it has to do with the times you call vs raise/fold, just not sure how they fit in.

The stats are calculated thusly:

Aggression Factor:

(# of bets + # of raises) / (# of calls)

Aggression Frequency:

(# of bets + # of raises) / (# of bets + # of raises + # of calls + # of folds)

Well that is how they are defined, so that shows the difference.
Neither kraada or I use either of these stats as they are pretty general.
The AF counts the number of aggressive actions divided by calls, whereas AFq counts aggressive actions out of total actions.
These posts talk about interpretting some of the common PT stats:

AF takes longer to converge then AFq and is harder to interpert. A person could have a high AF just because he either bets/raises or folds and never calls and plays 10% of his hands. He's basically a rock that plays fit/fold postflop but he would have a high AF which may make him look the same as a maniac. AFq is a better stat to use. Also, if you are using this it's best to have the AFq by street handy (either in the HUD or in the pop-up menu) because agression is never evenly applied to all streets.
