I've always played the 1/2 structure and I raise about 85%-90% of my hands from the button (against some opponents even more, against other maybe less)

Well, on the 2/3 structure is weak to raise less than 95% ?
Do you raise atleast this amount ?

I think you should definitely be raising 100% on the button.

100% OTB in 2/3 unless hes 3betting you super wide and playing ok postflop, then maybe drop the bottom few %

Deepsquat and I have different philosophies or ways of approaching the game (I think), but I agree 100% with him here.

i think 100% is way too tight, has to be at least 110%.

I only would against a maniacal 3 bettor, and I'd still play 100% of my hands in that case.
