Assuming this is your first hand against an unknown, yeah, it's fine.

You could 3bet the flop and be sure a bet gets in on the turn and river, but it's nice he bet the whole way for you.

He show up with AA?

maybe open the turn with a bet and if villan raises, call and at least check/call the river. ur hand is strong, even considering the board. gl with HUHU.

standard.

against a more known player you can occasionally 3-bet flop and b/f turn, but fine as played - one thing you might want to be wary of is players who will 3-bet flop so that they can check behind river and save a SB to get to showdown with something like A4. Against those players you can take a b/f river line, but in general b/f lines are highly exploitable in HUHU so use them sparingly.

Just had an EPIC game

Beat a player with serious Chattitude calling me fish etc etc for playing well against him and crushing him HU.

He demanded a rematch to which I agreed, he went out all guns blazing and got me down to 150 chips whilst giving me some serious abuse on the chat.

So, I blocked him concentrated on my game and came from 150 chips to winning the game and the final hand was a nut flush :-D

Won first 6 now, am loving the HU SNG's thanks guys..

If you've played a bit and he's betting >60% sb pf I think we can safely assume he's got no K. Also applies to unknown with no history as 90% players will fit this. Rewind hang on I just checked the stakes. Who knows what he might have. But still I'd be comfortable check raising turn.
Next time don't block just don't let anything affect you, but post any particularly amusing trash talk here Then offer him a rematch at $5-10+ if you're so bad and he's so pro.

Why doesn't it look like he caught a K? Because you expect everyone to wait for turn with TP? Wrong assumption. Or it may look like a bluff raise on such a dry board, which will fold to your turn donk instead of keep barreling if you let him. It's a classic way ahead way behind spot which needs to be played passively. Lead river if he checks back turn.

+1

I also might add that a bit later on in the match this may be a standard flop 3 bet

heros biggest worry is a weak K. i think he has an 8x or 4x that he is going to SD with.

So what, he's not checking 8x back and rarely will check back 4x, so all you accomplish by donking the turn is get the same amount of bets in when you have him beat and allow him to raise when you are beat. Good plan imo.

On top of that you prevent him from barreling off his bluffs.
