Fair argument normally yes and that's what I'd do 90% of time. But vs this dude it v much represented a weak bluff/something weird - he was def x-raising flop if he had the T or 7, and another couple bets took him all in anyway. And we can see how sensible he is later..

well being results orientated about it, calling the turn is the superior play imo

Pre Flop: (1.667 SB) Hero is BB with 9 A
BTN/SB calls, Hero raises, BTN/SB calls

Flop: (4 SB) 3 A 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets, Hero raises, BTN/SB calls

Turn: (4 BB) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets, Hero raises, BTN/SB calls

River: (8 BB) J (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets, Hero raises, BTN/SB calls

Final Pot: 12 BB
Hero shows 9 A (a pair of Aces)
BTN/SB mucks T Q
Hero wins 11.983 BB
(Rake: $0.50)
A+

This is the arctypical trifecta. C/r the flop then give up initiative on the turn and the river to get a silly hand to bluff/call twice.

on life tilt, so i'm at LAX and have a 3 hour wait til my flight back home, anyhow on my flight from vegas to LAX (about an hour) this fat european lady and a european kid with strawberry blonde hair literally looked out my window the whole flight making for the most uncomfortable feeling of all time, i even closed the window and they requested i reopen it, we landed and they still stared for 20 minutes getting to the gate, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

i am ****ING moses in the desert over here

ive gotten better spots in the last 2 weeks than I have my entire career and I just lose and lose and lose. up a worthless 8k in the last 30 days grinding my ****ing ass off 50 sometimes 60 hours a week and in school full time this is unbelievable.

I just lost 1500 to someone who has never won that much in their entire career since 2008 in one day acording to ptr

and he did it in 40 hands

he just says "wow" and left

**** MY LIFE

Pre Flop: (1.667 SB) Hero is BB with 9 J
BTN/SB raises, Hero calls

Flop: (4 SB) 7 8 T (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB checks

Turn: (2 BB) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets, BTN/SB calls

River: (4 BB) 5 (2 players)
Hero bets, BTN/SB raises, Hero 3-bets, BTN/SB caps!, Hero calls

Final Pot: 12 BB
BTN/SB shows 5 5
Hero shows 9 J
(Rake: $0.75)

I just dont know what to do... the players havent changed... I table select to the point where I only play people who have an established ptr history of losing 3bb+ or they limp they button. otherwise i quit. I am 100% sure my own play has not changed to warrant this drastic of a decrease in winrate.

I actually am at the point where I am beginning to think the game itself is no longer the same. It simply is no longer a skill game when i play and I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel.

thank god for drinking

You made 8k in 30 days of clicking a mouse. Think about how much better your life is than some random office worker.
