Hi,
There used to be a big toy store in the Forum shops but it closed a couple years ago.

Any ideas on where to buy toys for kids (5 and 8 years old).

Toys R Us Express in Town Square is probably the closest to the Strip imo.

There has to be some kind of smaller Children's toy stores in either Forum Shops, Miracle Mile at PH, or Fashion Show mall.

Depending on the kids, I always hit up the M & M's store. Keeps my kids happy.

Im trying to picture it... but iirc there used to be some sort of toy/game shop on the top floor, right near the entrance to the food court (the one on the opposite side from the doors that lead you out).

I know Vegas isn't exactly aimed towards kids these days but I'm visiting a family with small children and I don't want to bring toys all the way from Europe. Maybe the big departments stores at Fashion Show mall have toys?

No - a few radio control type things at the kiosks is all.

Your best bet is to take them to excalibur and win some, which isn't too tough, or to go off strip.
