Renting a condo near the strip?

I'm looking for rent a condo within 10-15 walking minutes from the strip. I am looking to spend at most $1,000 a month. I am interested more in a roommate sharing situation than a one bedroom. Which condos should I be looking at? Any recommendations/reviews? Do they come furnished? Can anyone recommend some good websites like craigslist which would have listings available? Thanks.
